Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Tito's Goa website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Booking and Voucher Bookings

Voucher Purchases

• All voucher sales are final unless otherwise specified
• Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Valid ID is required for access to venue
• Management reserves the right to deny access to venue

Event Changes

• Events may be cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances
• In case of cancellation, full refunds will be provided
• For rescheduled events, tickets remain valid for the new date

Age Restrictions

• Access to venue is restricted to persons 21 years and above
• Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory
• Management reserves the right to verify age at any time
• Minors will not be permitted access to venue under any circumstances

Conduct and Behavior

• Guests must behave in a respectful and appropriate manner
• Harassment, violence, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal
• Dress code requirements must be followed
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted
• Smoking is only allowed in designated areas

Liability and Safety

Tito's Goa takes reasonable precautions to ensure guest safety, however:

• Guests attend events at their own risk
• We are not liable for personal injury or property damage
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings
• Medical emergencies will be handled by qualified personnel

Photography and Media

• Photography and videography may occur during events
• By attending, you consent to being photographed/filmed
• Images may be used for promotional purposes
• Professional photography equipment may be restricted

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Tito's Goa and is protected by copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

Tito's Goa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Goa.
